Important Notice About Campus Entrances

Related to:

  • Circular no. 13441 placed by the Ministry of Interior on 20.08.2021.
  • Circular no. 13807 placed by the Ministry of Interior on 31.08.2021.
  • Letter no 41515602-0099 issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security on 02.09.2021.

The following instructions apply to the campus entrances at Yaşar University as per the circulars and the letter above.

To access the campus using the turnstiles,
Students, academic and administrative staff members, visitors and representatives of the contracted companies are required:

  1. to be completely vaccinated (having two doses of vaccination), or
  2. to show their vaccination card to the security guard in cases where relevant individuals have had the second dose of their vaccination but not completed the 14-day period for acquiring immunity after the second dose (as regulated by the Ministry of Health) to be able to enter the area that Yaşar University is in charge of, or
  3. to have immunity thanks to the previously-recovered disease (as per the scientifically-accepted period for acquiring immunity after the Covid-19 infection recovered), or
  4. to show their valid PCR test result showing they have been tested negative once a week in cases where relevant individuals have not had vaccination at all or had only the first dose of the vaccination until they get the second dose to enter the campus and the area that Yaşar University is in charge of,
  5. Students, course attendees and visitors aged under 18 are only allowed to the campus area with HES codes and body temperature measurement.

To make sure that these regulations are met at the turnstile entrances:

  1. Please visit https://heskod2.yasar.edu.tr/smarthescode/ to enter your information on the webpage. Please make sure that your HES code is up-to-date before completing this step.
  2. Also make sure that you have submitted your HES code on the system in at least 1-day advance.
  3. Please make sure that you have turned all the buttons on under the HES Codes Setting.
